Casey Gardonio-Foat York

Casey Gardonio-Foat serves as the Director of Strategic Initiatives and Executive Assistant to the President & CEO at the International Institute of St. Louis since October 2022, managing executive correspondence and logistics while liaising with a diverse staff. As the founder of Casey York Design, established in May 2012, Casey produces luxury hand-painted quilts and home decor, blending modern aesthetics with traditional quilting techniques. Previous roles include web designer at IMPACT Group, founder of the ecommerce retailer Wink and Rise, freelance workshop instructor at Bowood Farms, and various teaching positions at Yeshiva University and Hunter College. Casey holds a Ph.D. in Art History from New York University and completed the CoderGirl Web Development Program at LaunchCode.
