Samantha Alexander is an experienced social worker and program manager with a strong background in anti-trafficking initiatives and youth development. Currently serving as the Anti-Trafficking In Persons Program Manager and Social Worker at the International Institute of St. Louis since November 2021, Samantha previously held the position of Case Manager II at Covenant House Missouri from January 2019. Additional experience includes roles as a Clinical Therapist at Boys Hope Girls Hope of St. Louis, Youth Specialist II at the Missouri Department of Youth Services, and Youth Development Specialist with the Peace Corps. Samantha began their career with practicum positions at SEMO Alliance for Disability Independence, Inc. and Safe House for Women. Educational qualifications include a Master of Social Work with a focus on Violence and Injury Prevention from the University of Missouri-Saint Louis and a Bachelor of Science in Social Work from Southeast Missouri State University.
