Austin Fleisher

Austin Fleisher possesses extensive experience in talent development and recruitment, currently serving as the Global Talent and Development Innovation Lead at International Justice Mission since June 2014. Previously, Austin held various roles within the organization, including Recruiter, Expatriate Experience Lead, Executive Assistant to the Chief Program Officer, and positions as an intern. Austin began professional experience at Churdar Law Firm as a Legal Assistant from November 2012 to February 2014. Austin earned a Master of Science in Global Challenges from The University of Edinburgh between 2016 and 2019 and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Bob Jones University from 2010 to 2013.
