Ciara Bertolino

Director Of Strategic Partnerships at International Justice Mission

Ciara Bertolino has a diverse range of work experiences starting from 2011 to the present. Ciara began their career as a Barista at Avoca Coffee and then worked as an intern at ONE Campaign, where they focused on raising awareness about important global issues. Ciara then volunteered at Refugee Services of Texas as a cultural broker, helping a Bhutanese family with their transition into the United States.

In 2012, Ciara served as a College Ministry Intern at Christ Chapel Bible Church, where they mentored college-age women and facilitated their personal and spiritual growth. Ciara also worked as a Young Adults Resident at Watermark Community Church, providing support and guidance to young adults in the community.

Ciara then transitioned into the education field and worked as a 5th Grade ELAR Teacher at Dallas ISD in 2013. In 2014, they joined I'm Me as a Key Relations Coordinator, where they connected people to the organization's mission and facilitated fundraising campaigns.

From 2016 to 2018, Ciara worked as a Development Manager at 6 Stones, focusing on the organization's development and growth. Ciara then moved on to become a Regional Development Manager at USO, where they managed regional development initiatives in Texas.

Currently, Ciara holds the position of Director of Strategic Partnerships at International Justice Mission, where they utilize their skills and experiences to foster strategic partnerships and support the organization's mission.

Throughout their career, Ciara has demonstrated a passion for connecting people, making a positive impact, and supporting various causes and communities.

Ciara Bertolino attended Texas Christian University from 2009 to 2013, where they graduated cum laude with a degree in Anthropology & Sociology.
