Hannah Eland

Hannah Eland has a diverse work experience that spans various organizations and roles. Hannah has worked at International Justice Mission since 2017, starting as a Freedom Partner Representative where they focused on customer service and donor retention. Hannah then became a Senior Associate, Strategic Partnerships, supporting the major donor revenue team. Currently, they hold the position of Lead, Campaigns & Communications.

Prior to their time at International Justice Mission, Hannah worked at Macy's as a Recovery Team Member, providing exceptional customer service and maintaining fitting rooms. Hannah also had an internship at Blood:Water, where they spearheaded a lapsed monthly donor letter campaign and engaged with prospective donors at promotional events.

During their time at Taylor University, Hannah held various positions such as Student Ambassador, where they represented the university to alumni and executed major campus events. Hannah was also a member of the Global Outreach Cabinet, assisting in planning and executing awareness and fundraising events for social justice organizations.

Hannah's work experience also includes a Nonprofit Leadership Internship at Love Thy Neighborhood, where they played a major role in strategic planning and promoting the organization at career fairs.
