Jodi Otto

Jodi Otto has a diverse work experience. Jodi currently holds the role of Director, Global People Support Experience at International Justice Mission, a position they started in December 2023. Prior to that, they worked at National Community Church, where they held multiple roles. From January 2019 to December 2023, they served as the First Impressions Director, responsible for managing the organization's initial contact with visitors. Jodi also worked as an Event Planner from September 2012 to December 2023, coordinating various events for the church. From March 2015 to December 2018, Jodi served as a Project Coordinator, assisting in project management tasks.

Jodi Otto obtained a Bachelor's degree in International/Global Studies from Indiana Wesleyan University, which was completed between 2008 and 2010. In 2023, Jodi also obtained a LeadCulture Certification from The 4Sight Group.
