Kirsten Caudill

Kirsten Caudill has a diverse work experience in the field of recruiting. Kirsten currently serves as the Director of Recruiting for North America at International Justice Mission since 2020. Previously, Kirsten worked at Baylor Scott & White Health where they held various roles, including Physician Recruiter for the Department of Medicine and Advanced Practice Provider Recruiter for Specialty Medicine and Anesthesiology. Prior to that, they were a Physician Talent Recruiter at Teladoc. Kirsten also has experience as a Regional Corporate Recruiter at Penske Truck Leasing & Penske Logistics. Kirsten'sresponsibilities in these roles included strategic sourcing, candidate assessment, contract negotiations, onboarding, and project management.

Kirsten Caudill, PHR, THRP obtained their MBA in Organization Behavior and Human Resource Management from the University of North Texas. Kirsten also holds a BBA in Business Administration from the University of Central Arkansas. In 2016, they achieved the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from HR Certification Institute - HRCI. Additionally, they obtained the Tribal Human Resources Professional Certification from the National Native American Human Resources Association (NNAHRA) in 2022 and the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace Certificate from USF Corporate Training and Professional Education in 2023.
