Kristy Pyke Batcheck

Kristy Pyke Batcheck serves as the Vice President of Global Operations at International Justice Mission since September 2012, where responsibilities include overseeing the strategic planning process and managing high-visibility cross-functional initiatives to achieve organizational objectives. Previously, Kristy established the Enterprise Governance Department, transforming governance processes and achieving significant policy adoption. Additional roles include managing substantial global program workflows, leading successful program redesigns, and overseeing financial management in complex environments. Kristy holds an MBA from Georgetown University and dual Bachelor’s degrees in Public Relations and Comparative Literature from the University of Southern California. Early career experiences included editorial and public relations roles across various organizations.
