Mark Clookie has extensive experience in law enforcement and investigations. Mark served as the Vice President for Investigations and Law Enforcement Development at the International Justice Mission from 2013 to present. Prior to that, they held the position of Director at the Naval Criminal Investigative Service from 2010 to 2013, where they were responsible for criminal, counterintelligence, counterterrorism investigations and operations, as well as executive protection for the U.S.

Mark Clookie completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminology from the University of Maryland, which they attended from 1975 to 1979.
