Melissa Highley Tilton

Melissa Highley Tilton has extensive experience in project management and leadership roles. Melissa currently holds the position of Vice President - IT PMO at International Justice Mission. Prior to this, they served as a Professional Services Volunteer at NPOs, and as Senior Director - Customer PMO and Solutions at ST Engineering iDirect. Their previous roles include Director positions at Charter Communications, Cox Communications, NTT/Verio, Digex, and PSINet. Melissa's expertise spans various industries and they have a proven track record of successfully managing and delivering projects.

Melissa Highley Tilton holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Communications with a minor in German from George Mason University. Melissa also holds a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in International Affairs with a focus on European Business, as well as a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in General Management, both from Ohio University. Melissa has obtained several certifications, including Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), ITIL Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (LSSGB), Portfolio Management Professional (PfMP), Program and Portfolio Management Certified (PPMC), Project Management Professional (PMP), and Six Sigma Green Belt.
