Nicholas Repp

Nicholas Repp is an accomplished professional currently serving as the Director of Partner Engagement at the International Justice Mission since September 2019, following prior roles as a Partnership Engagement Representative and a Constituent Experience Representative. In these capacities, Nicholas has demonstrated expertise in developing cross-functional relationships and improving donor communication and engagement. Nicholas has also gained experience as a Project Manager at Badger Consulting, where efforts supported local entrepreneurs, and as a part-time barista at Crescendo Café. Additionally, roles at A Just Brew Coffee Shop included leadership in volunteer operations and catering. Nicholas holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Community and Nonprofit Leadership from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, complemented by previous studies at Northern Illinois University.
