Sydney Rees

Sydney Rees possesses extensive experience in both training coordination and program quality within the international development sector. Currently serving as the Lead for Training Coordination & Development at the International Justice Mission since September 2019, Sydney has previously held multiple roles, including Senior Operations Coordinator and Operations Coordinator. Prior experience includes a role as HR Manager at Graystone Public Affairs LLC and supporting academic activities at California Baptist University as a Professor’s Assistant and Note Taker for Disability Services. Sydney's educational background includes a Master of Science in International Development from The University of Edinburgh and a Bachelor of Arts in Intercultural Studies from California Baptist University. Additionally, Sydney has practical experience as a Phlebotomist, completing clinical training at Loma Linda University.
