Vanessa Buhrman

Vanessa Buhrman has extensive experience in program management and operations within educational and international organizations. Currently serving as the Lead for Global People Support Strategy and Operations at International Justice Mission since May 2016, Vanessa previously held the position of Executive Assistant to the Senior Vice President of Global Advancement. Prior roles include Program Manager and Student Placement & Project Coordinator at ECCOS LLC, where responsibilities involved managing a significant program for over 100 international students and collaborating with various stakeholders. Vanessa also served as a Student Placement Project Coordinator for United Global Education, managing placements in major markets, and taught general music at Fairfax County Public Schools, overseeing administrative tasks for a large student program. Vanessa holds a Bachelor of Science in Music Teacher Education from Elon University.
