Vichetra Tep

Vichetra Tep currently serves as the Head of Human Resources & Administration at International Justice Mission, with responsibilities including fostering a positive work culture, overseeing recruitment and onboarding processes, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and local labor laws. With extensive experience in human resources management spanning over a decade, Vichetra has previously held HR management roles at Intercare Medical Center, MJQE Group, NagaWorld, Naki Group Co., Ltd., and World Hope International. Vichetra holds a Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management from Paññāsāstra University of Cambodia and a Bachelor of Laws from the Royal University of Law and Economics.
