Paul Deffrenne

Paul Deffrenne is the Founder and General Manager of KSS Kitesurfschool.be, a position held since January 2003. Currently serving as an Examiner for the International Kiteboarding Organization (IKO) since 2014, Paul has extensive experience in the kiteboarding industry. Previous roles include technical sales representative at Imprimerie Deffrenne from 2010 to 2022, store manager at INTERSPORT International from 2003 to 2005, and sales development manager at Nautical Society Events from 2000 to 2003. Additionally, Paul has held roles in event organization and teaching, including positions at Nouvelle Génération Voyages, Centre éducatif Saint - Pierre à Leuze, and Mons Aramis Club, alongside a background in sports education as a professor of sailing and windsurfing with Adeps from 1993 to 1999. Paul's educational credentials include a Baccalauréat in physical education and training from Parnasse 2 alices and multiple certifications in kite pedagogy from IKO.
