Viktor Polic, Ph.D., currently serves on the scientific committee at the University of Geneva since January 2012 and has held the position of Chief Information Security Officer and Head of Information Security and Assurance Services at the International Labour Organization since 2007. In addition, Viktor has been an Adjunct Professor of Computer Science at Webster University Geneva since 2002. Previous roles include Information and Communication Technology Officer at UNHCR from 2005 to 2007, System Analyst at the United Nations Compensation Commission from 1994 to 2005, and an Independent IT Consultant at the International Telecommunication Union from 1993 to 1994. Viktor began academic contributions as a Computer Lab Assistant at Webster University Geneva during the same period. Educational qualifications include a PhD in Cryptography and Advanced Protection Systems from Singidunum University, a Master’s degree in Computer Resources and Information Management, and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, both from Webster University, in addition to studies at the Faculty of Organizational Science at Belgrade University.
