Vincent Kavala is a seasoned professional specializing in disability inclusion and organizational development, currently serving as a Disability Inclusion Consultant at the International Labour Organization since February 2022. In this role, Vincent supports initiatives aimed at fostering disability-inclusive employment and has coordinated significant projects such as the establishment of National Business and Disability Networks and the creation of Malawi’s first Disability Inclusion Academy.
