Angela Marcellus

Angela Marcellus began their career in education as an assistant principal in Alief ISD. In 2006, they became the principal of Jones Elementary School in Rockwall ISD. Angela served in this role for five years before becoming the Dean of Students at North Hills Preparatory. In 2013, they became the Principal of International Leadership of Texas Charter School-Garland Elementary. Angela has been with International Leadership of Texas since 2013 and is currently serving as Chief Development Officer.

Angela Marcellus has a Master of Science in Educational Administration and Supervision from the University of Houston-Victoria, a Bachelor of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies from Texas A&M University, and a High School Diploma from Rancho Buena Vista High School. Angela also has a High School Diploma from Vista High School.

Their manager is Eddie Conger, Superintendent. They are on a team with Aaron Thorson - Chief of Staff, Regina Jones - Chief Equity Officer, and Jerry McCreight - Chief Administrative Officer.
