Ashley Neeper

Ashley Neeper, M.Ed., serves as the Director of Advanced Academics and Gifted and Talented at International Leadership of Texas, overseeing programs for gifted students and facilitating college readiness initiatives. With prior experience as a District Science Instructional Coach and 5th Grade Science and Social Studies Teacher, Ashley has demonstrated a commitment to enhancing educational practices and supporting student achievement. Previous roles include teaching 5th Grade Science and Reading at Crowley ISD, where leadership and collaboration were vital in optimizing team effectiveness and student success. Ashley holds a Master’s degree in Curriculum and Instruction in Science and a Bachelor’s degree in Multi/Interdisciplinary Studies from The University of Texas at Arlington.
