Tiffany Harrod

Tiffany Harrod has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Tiffany started their career in 1999 as a Special Education Teacher in Plano ISD, where they later became the Department Head of Special Education. In 2006, Tiffany joined Wylie ISD as a Special Education Teacher and then took on the role of Instructional Specialist and Assistant Principal. In 2013, they joined International Leadership of Texas as an Assistant Principal and later became the Director of Assessment and Data Analysis. Tiffany'smost recent role was as the Executive Director of Assessments, Data Analysis, and Student Travel at International Leadership of Texas, where they were responsible for overseeing standards-based assessment, accountability, and program evaluation activities. Throughout their career, Tiffany has provided professional development and analytical support to administrators and teachers, and has contributed to the planning and implementation of educational growth initiatives.

Tiffany Harrod holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Recreation, Parks, and Tourism Science from Texas A&M University, which they obtained between 1988 and 1992. Additionally, they pursued a Master of Education Leadership degree in Educational Leadership and Administration, General at Dallas Baptist University from 2006 to 2008.
