Rita Palanjian is currently an Executive Member at International LEAP Network since December 2022. Prior to this role, Rita Palanjian spent over 15 years at IBM, where responsibilities included serving as a Proposal Project Manager from October 2005 to February 2021. In this capacity, Rita Palanjian adeptly managed the entire proposal process, contributing to significant win rates through effective project coordination and collaboration with opportunity owners. As a Proposal Coordinator & Document Manager, Rita Palanjian ensured timely and compliant proposals, successfully overseeing multiple document developments and maintaining a record of no late or disqualified submissions.
