Seema Rafay serves as Vice President of Human Resources & Talent at AgileOne since February 2014, where comprehensive frameworks in talent management, performance management, training and development, and diversity & inclusion have been developed to enhance HR practices and address retention challenges. Previously, as Sr. Director of Global Talent Development, a global talent strategy aligned with executive leadership initiatives was defined, leading to the establishment of a world-class talent development team. Seema Rafay is also an Executive Member of the International LEAP Network, engaging with global leaders to drive growth and impact. Prior experience includes Principal HR & Talent Development Consultant at Spectrum Performance Management and Investment Executive at BMO Nesbitt Burns, where significant achievements in wealth management and client relations were noted. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Human Resources and International Business from Keller Graduate School of Management, a Diversity and Inclusion Certificate from Cornell University, and a BSBA with Honors from DeVry University.
