Rebecca Apicha

Rebecca Apicha is Lifeline’s Program Manager for the environment program, holding several positions with Lifeline since joining the organization in 2013. Rebeca has wide-ranging experience in implementing environmental projects, disaster management and renewable energy. She began as an intern and soon transitioned to the roles of Commercialization Assistant, Commercialization Officer, and then Senior Program Officer – Environment prior to her current role. Rebeca is a graduate of Makerere University with a B.A. in Environmental Management. Prior to Lifeline, Rebecca served in the Uganda Red Cross Society.
