Allen Liu

Allen Liu is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), and ITIL practitioner with extensive experience in project management and operations. Currently serving as a Project Manager at International Logic Systems, Inc. since 2021, Allen leads a 20-person hybrid Waterfall/Agile team, focusing on scope and sprint planning, budget management, and quality control for client website operations. Prior to this role, Allen held the position of Director of Operations at AIG from 2016 to 2020, managing complex IT and operational projects while acting as a liaison between headquarters and multiple field offices. Allen began the professional journey as a Business Analyst at Bridgewater Associates from 2009 to 2015, where data extraction and analysis were key responsibilities. Allen earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Management from the New Jersey Institute of Technology.
