Glenn Woodhams

Glenn Woodhams has a strong background in operations and logistics. Glenn started their career at the Office of Communications (Ofcom) as a Project Manager. Afterwards, they joined Canon (UK) where they held roles as Head of Order Management, Transport & Customs, and later as Business Manager. During their time at Canon, they managed up to 30 staff and achieved significant results such as reducing outstanding customer debt by £6 million in one calendar year. Currently, Woodhams is working at ILG (International Logistics Group Ltd) as Operations Director. In this role, they lead a team of 250 staff off peak and 375 on-peak, delivering third-party logistics services to over 150 fulfilment clients worldwide.

Glenn Woodhams attended De Montfort University from 1994 to 1997, where they pursued a degree in Sport and Leisure Studies.
