Chantal Tayar

Chantal Tayar is a dedicated professional in the field of Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning (MEAL) with extensive experience in program management and public health. Currently serving as a Specialist at the International Medical Corps since September 2023, Tayar focuses on enhancing project performance through evidence-based methodologies. Previously, as a Senior Manager at Search for Common Ground, Tayar successfully led the M&E and Learning Department, overseeing the implementation of comprehensive systems across programs. Tayar's earlier roles include positions at Fundación Promoción Social de la Cultura and RESTART CENTER FOR REHABILITATION OF VICTIMS OF VIOLENCE AND TORTURE, where skills in monitoring and evaluation were further developed. Tayar's educational background includes a Master's degree in Public Health and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Nursing from Lebanese University.
