Tia Pausic

Tia Pausic is a seasoned legal and operations leader with extensive experience in international humanitarian and development organizations. Currently serving as General Counsel at International Medical Corps since July 2016, Tia plays a vital role in advising the CEO and Board of Trustees on legal and governance issues while managing the Legal and Grants & Contracts departments. Tia's previous roles include Acting General Counsel and Senior Director for Awards and Measurement at the same organization, as well as Divisional Vice President Operations and Senior Director of International Operations at World Learning. Tia's earlier career involved strategic leadership in operations at America's Development Foundation and independent consultancy in democracy and governance programs. Tia holds a JD from Harvard Law School and a BA in Philosophy & Mathematics from St. John's College.
