Daryl Chapman has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over several decades. Daryl began their career in the US Navy, serving in various roles as an Intelligence Officer and Deputy to the Assistant Chief of Staff for Intelligence. After leaving the Navy, Daryl worked in the private sector, holding leadership positions at companies such as Kirke Van Orsdel Inc, Marsh McLennan, and AmWINS Group. In these roles, they were responsible for operations, administration, and account management. Daryl also worked as a Principal at Consonance Health before joining International Medical Group (IMG) as their Chief Operating Officer and later becoming the Global Head of Transformation. Daryl also served as a member of the IMG Board of Directors before leaving in 2021. Daryl's experience demonstrates their expertise in operations, leadership, and strategic planning.

Daryl Chapman's education history includes a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Economics from Warren Wilson College, which they obtained from 1974 to 1976. Prior to that, they completed an Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies from Brevard College, from 1972 to 1974. In 1986, Daryl pursued a Masters Degree in Management (MSM) with a specialization in Finance and Financial Management Services from Naval Postgraduate School, which they completed in 1988. Continuing their education, Daryl obtained various professional certifications in Insurance and Retirement Services from American College: Bryn Mawr, between 1991 and 1996. Lastly, they briefly studied Health Sciences at Phoenix University from 2013 to 2014, but did not earn a degree.
