Kyle Flatley

Kyle Flatley has a diverse work experience in the field of User Experience (UX) and web development. Kyle started their career as a Freelance Consultant, working as a Web Designer and Developer from 2001 to 2006. Kyle then joined UnitedHealth Group in 2006, initially as a Business Systems Analyst and later transitioning to roles as a Web Analyst, Developer, and UX Designer until 2012. In 2012, Kyle joined Allegient, LLC, where they held various roles such as UX Developer, Designer, UX Architect, Delivery Advisor, and Senior UX Architect & Managing Consultant. During their time at Allegient, they focused on employee growth and career development, conducted new hire interviews, and led UX efforts for enterprise-level clients.
