Wendy King is an accomplished Travel Claims Manager at International Medical Group (IMG) since November 2018, with a robust background in operations and technical management across multiple companies within the travel claims industry. With a wealth of experience including roles such as Claims Manager at MAPFRE ASSISTANCE and Technical Claims Manager at Travel Claims Services, Wendy has consistently demonstrated expertise in team leadership, process development, and quality control. Wendy successfully established a specialist fraud team to enhance investigations into fraudulent claims while maintaining high customer service standards.
