Amy Nicholson Jones

Amy Nicholson Jones is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in mission work and church engagement. Currently, Amy serves as a Team Member at the International Mission Board since January 2018, enhancing cultural outreach initiatives. Previously, Amy held the position of Social Media Coordinator at Travis Avenue Baptist Church, where efforts focused on promoting community involvement through various social media platforms. Amy's early career includes a two-year role as a Journeyman at the International Mission Board, conducting cultural research in Vienna, and positions in hospitality, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills. Academically, Amy holds a Doctorate in Missiology and Church Vitalization from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary and a Master’s degree in Missiology from New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary, along with a Bachelor of Music in Vocal Performance from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
