Brian Trapnell

Brian Trapnell, MBA, currently serves as Vice President of Human Resources at the International Mission Board since February 2024. Prior to this role, Brian held various senior HR positions, including Vice President of Human Resources at NorthStar Anesthesia, where leadership focused on supporting a large clinician workforce across numerous states. Brian also served as Chief People Officer and Vice President of Human Resources at Epix Healthcare, contributing to significant organizational HR initiatives and compliance frameworks. Earlier experiences include pivotal roles in human resources and compliance at LHC Group, Halcyon Healthcare, Steward Health Services, and Ethica Health & Retirement Communities. Brian began a professional career as a Government Services Specialist and later managed existing business initiatives for the Macon Economic Development Commission. Brian earned a BS and MBA while studying Political Science, Speech Communication, and Business Administration at Georgia Southern University.
