Patrick McCarthy

Patrick McCarthy, CTS, is an experienced projects officer at the International Monetary Fund since March 2020, managing the perpetual broadcast and audiovisual capital and lifecycle replacement program. Previously, McCarthy served as program manager and team lead at TeamPeople and program manager at OMNITEC Solutions, where responsibilities included overseeing similar audiovisual programs at the IMF. Earlier experience includes technical supervision at The World Bank Group, where McCarthy led operational standards across a multi-building campus and managed a team of technicians. Additional roles include audiovisual technician and production technician at The World Bank Group, videographer/editor at LATV, and earlier positions in public broadcasting and education at Virginia Commonwealth University, from where a Bachelor of Science in Electronic Media was earned.
