Serenat Kivilcim

Serenat Kivilcim is an experienced professional with a diverse background in project management, knowledge management, and marketing. Currently serving as a Projects Officer at the International Monetary Fund since August 2023, Kivilcim previously worked at the World Bank Group as a Knowledge Management and Communications Consultant from February 2015 to July 2023. Prior experience includes a role as a Marketing Specialist at Turkish Airlines, where Kivilcim conducted market research and coordinated the production of marketing materials, enhancing customer engagement and bookings. Kivilcim also served as a Grassroots and Community Outreach Coordinator for the Turkish Coalition of America and worked as a tutor at La Salle University. Kivilcim holds a Master's degree in Central and Eastern European Studies & National Security Intelligence from La Salle University and a Bachelor's degree in International Relations and Political Science from Universität Salzburg.
