Rui Xu is an Economist at the International Monetary Fund, where Rui began as an Economic Policy Intern in 2014 and currently works in the Institute for Capacity Development since September 2016. Rui holds a PhD in Economics from Stanford University, obtained in 2015, and a Bachelor's degree from HKUST Business School, completed in 2010.
