Tohid Atashbar

Tohid Atashbar is an experienced economist with a robust background in macroeconomic policy. Currently serving as an economist in the Macro-Policy Division of the SPR Department at the International Monetary Fund since October 2020, Tohid previously held a similar role at the Majlis Research Center from 2009 to September 2020. Tohid Atashbar holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Economics from Tarbiat Modares University, as well as a Master's degree and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Shahid Beheshti University.
