Charles Newman

Mr. Newman has been an entrepreneur since starting his first company while a college undergraduate in 1961. He has been instrumental in the development of the secondary user market for used wireless handsets and founded a company that collected over 50,000,000 used cellular phones. He is currently Chairman of the Board of ContentOro, a content marketing company. In addition, Mr. Newman founded Protectors of Equality in Government, a non-profit, non-partisan organization, and was a founder and member of the Board of Directors of the Bank of Ann Arbor. Mr. Newman received his Bachelor of Science in 1963, and his M.S. in 1964, both from the University of Michigan.
