Karmen Johnson

Karmen Johnson is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in communications and brand management. Currently serving as a Member on the Board of Directors for the International Ocean Film Foundation, Karmen actively supports initiatives focused on ocean conservation through film. As Chief Executive Officer at Edible, Inc., Karmen oversees strategic operations and company growth. Previous roles include Chief of Staff to the VP of Global Brand Management at Boeing, where Karmen improved departmental productivity and aligned operations with corporate communications. Karmen's background includes significant positions at Edelman, driving successful campaigns for clients such as eBay and Microsoft, as well as leading creative efforts at Krispr and Expedia. Karmen has also contributed to education as a Professional Instructor at the University of Washington and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Public Relations with a Political Science emphasis from Pepperdine University.
