Octavian Morariu has served as the President of VITALIA SERVICII PENTRU MEDIU since December 2006 and has held the position of President of Rugby Europe since June 2013. Additionally, Octavian Morariu has been a member of the International Olympic Committee (IOC) since September 2013. Educational background includes a Licence degree from Ecole des Chemins de Fer, des Ponts et Chausees in Bucharest, which was completed in 1986, and previous studies at Liceul "Gheorghe Lazar" in Bucharest from 1976 to 1980.
