Ahmed El-Kurd

Ahmed El-Kurd serves as the Regional Change Management Officer for the West and Central Africa region at IOM - UN Migration, leading the Business Transformation process across 22 country offices. With a rich background in project management and organizational excellence, Ahmed has held significant roles such as PMO Lead at UNFPA, where responsibilities included strategic portfolio management and ICT governance. Prior experience at UNRWA involved leading the Project Management Office and implementing ERP solutions. Education includes a Doctor's Degree in contemporary management from Işık Üniversitesi, an MBA from IUG, and a Bachelor of Software Engineering from AL-AZHAR University Gaza. Additionally, as a CIPS Instructor at MUHAKAT INSTITUTE, Ahmed has delivered training for multiple levels of CIPS certification.
