Ana-Maria Murphy-Teixidor has extensive experience in program management, research, and reporting within the humanitarian and development sectors. Currently serving as Programme Manager (Livelihoods & Economic Development) a.i. at the International Organization for Migration (IOM - UN Migration) since August 2021, Ana-Maria has also held roles as IM and Reporting Officer and Research Officer at the same organization. Previously, Ana-Maria worked with the Danish Refugee Council (DRC) and the Mixed Migration Centre (MMC) as a Research Specialist and Research Officer from August 2019 to August 2021. Additional experience includes a trainee position at the OECD - OCDE in the Development Co-operation Directorate and a research consulting role with various international NGOs, including Oxfam. Ana-Maria holds a Master's degree in Development Practice from Trinity College Dublin and a Bachelor of Arts with a double major in International Relations and Biology from Tufts University.
