Eugenio Cabral is an accomplished AI Engineer Leader currently at dLocal since November 2023, with extensive experience in the data and AI sectors. Previously, Eugenio served as the Generative AI CoE Leader at Capgemini, where responsibilities included leading strategic engagements and developing client-centric Generative AI solutions for financial services in Brazil, significantly growing the team from 20 to approximately 200 members. In earlier roles, Eugenio acted as a Data & AI Solution Architect and Lead Data Scientist, focusing on delivering high-quality analytical solutions across various industries. In addition to industry experience, Eugenio contributed to academia as a Data Science Tutor for an MBA program at the Universidade de São Paulo, mentoring over 250 students annually. Eugenio holds a Master of Science in Computer Science with a focus on Artificial Intelligence from USP and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Universidade Federal de Alfenas.
