Hussein Mohamed Hassan

Hussein Mohamed Hassan is an experienced professional with a strong background in administration and finance, primarily within the United Nations system. Since March 2016, Hussein has served as a Senior P.A at the UN Migration Agency (IOM), following a tenure as a Programme Admin Associate at UN Women from December 2014 to February 2016. Hussein has held multiple roles at IOM, including Health Programme M&E and previous positions in administration and finance. Prior experience includes a role as Admin and Finance Officer at DAI and Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF), as well as serving as a Medical and Nutrition Field Officer at ACTION CONTRE LA FAIM. Hussein holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from SMC University (2013-2015) and a Diploma in Accounting and Finance from the Somali Institute of Management and Administration Development (SIMAD) (2003-2005), with foundational education from Al-Mazal Secondary School and Bulla Mpya Primary School in Kenya.
