Jessie Rose Mabutas

Jessie Rose Mabutas is an experienced International Senior Consultant at JRDM Consulting Services, specializing in management and administration for international organizations and national governments since February 2012. Currently serving as Inspector General, a.i., at IOM - UN Migration, Jessie’s previous roles include Director, a.i. at the United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA), Chair of the Audit and Risk Committee at The African Capacity Building Foundation, and member of the Accreditation Panel for the UN Adaptation Fund. Educational qualifications include a Ph.D. and Master’s degree in Public Administration from the University of Southern California, and a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting from the University of Santo Tomas. Jessie's extensive background also covers quality assurance, enterprise risk management, corporate governance, and financial management within various UN entities.
