Laura Smith

Laura Smith has extensive experience in program evaluation and technical support within the international development sector. At IOM - UN Migration, Laura served as a Program Officer and Regional Monitoring and Evaluation Officer, where responsibilities included providing technical assistance to multiple missions on monitoring tools, data collection, and evaluation quality assurance. Previous roles include Evaluation Specialist and Evaluation Associate at Educate!, where Laura managed evaluation projects and co-authored significant reports for educational institutions. Additionally, Laura's experience includes youth development facilitation with the Peace Corps and teaching English to business professionals. Laura holds a Master’s Degree in Development Economics and Gender Analysis in International Affairs from The Fletcher School at Tufts University and a Bachelor of Arts in International/Global Studies and Spanish from Cedarville University.
