Munyemana Philbert

MUNYEMANA Philbert currently serves as a Migration Health Physician at IOM - UN Migration since March 2024, specializing as a Panel Physician for Migration Health Assessments. Prior to this role, MUNYEMANA worked at Save the Children International from August 2015 to March 2024 as a Clinical Lead-Medical Officer, where responsibilities included creating a cross-training induction program for new health center staff and implementing a medical services Quality Framework, achieving an 89% score in annual clinical audits. Earlier experience from September 2012 to August 2015 as Clinical Director/Medical Officer at Kinihira District Hospital involved planning and implementing performance improvements, contributing to the hospital achieving Accreditation level 1. MUNYEMANA holds a Master of Public Health in Health Policy and Management from EUCLID, expected completion in September 2024, along with a Postgraduate Certificate in Public Health from the same institution and a Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery from the National University of Rwanda, completed in 2011.
