Nchoolwe Sinampande has extensive experience in monitoring, research, and information management, currently serving in a Monitoring and Research role at IOM - UN Migration since July 2024. Previously, Nchoolwe worked as an Information Management Officer for Norwegian People's Aid from March 2021 to June 2024, and as a Geographic Information System Specialist at Chinhoyi University of Technology Zimbabwe from September 2019 to December 2020. Nchoolwe began a career in GIS and remote sensing as an intern at SIRDC from August 2017 to July 2018, where responsibilities included digitizing cadaster maps and designing mobile data collection forms. Nchoolwe holds a Bachelor's degree in Geographic Information Science and Cartography from the University of Zimbabwe and a Special Honours degree in Monitoring and Evaluation from Lupane State University.
