Ngela'ah Doris is a skilled lab technologist currently employed at IOM - UN Migration since May 2021. Previously, Ngela'ah participated as a TechWoman in September 2022, aiming to inspire women in STEM fields, and served as a fellow at The National Institutes of Health within the same timeframe. Ngela'ah's academic background includes a Master's degree in Reproductive and Sexual Health Research from the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine (2019-2020) and a Bachelor's degree in Microbiology from the University of Buea, Cameroon (2006-2009). Additionally, Ngela'ah was awarded a Master’s degree in Health through the Chevening Scholarships program (September 2019 - September 2020) and has extensive experience as a microbiologist with the Cameroon Baptist Convention Health Services from 2011 to 2019.
