Valeria Munoz

Valeria Munoz is currently serving as a Senior Project Assistant in Case Management and Pre-Screening for the Resettlement Support Center Latin America at IOM - UN Migration since August 2023, contributing to the resettlement of refugees to the United States. Previous experience includes an internship with UNICEF, where Valeria developed human interest stories and supported global campaigns, as well as a digital marketing internship at SOS Children's Villages USA. Valeria has also held roles at UNICEF Ecuador as a translator, conducted research and provided support at BRAC USA, and worked as a family advocate intern with Alliance For Children. Valeria's educational background includes a Master's degree in International Education from New York University and a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from Texas Christian University.
