Zachary Oser is a seasoned professional in humanitarian response and program management, currently serving as a Peace and Security Specialist at IOM - UN Migration since July 2024. Previously, Zachary was the Head of Programs at Folkekirkens Nødhjælp (DanChurchAid), where significant achievements included expanding program funding in Ukraine from $2M to over $18M and developing innovative programming for war-affected communities. Experience also includes roles at CORE, ACTION CONTRE LA FAIM, and ACTED, emphasizing emergency coordination, strategic relationship building, and program delivery across multiple international contexts. Zachary holds a Master of Arts in Public Policy from Tel Aviv University and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies from James Madison University.
